Overview

Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya was founded durring the late 18th century in early winter of the year 1696, by Urgata. The establishment of Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Urgata struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya as a prison colony.

Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya is was constructed arround several narrow paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The city rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The city's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.

A look around Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya shows Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The city has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Gûru̽ Bonû Gûchya places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.
